Comprehensive Privacy & Data Protocol

How EFGAIHUB orchestrates, protects, and encrypts your nodal data footprints.

1. Information We Collect

To operate the EFGAIHUB neural matchmaker effectively, we collect explicitly provided and algorithmically observed data points:

  • Identity Metrics: Name, Email Address, and KYC Documentation (Government Identifiers, Biometric snapshots).
  • Financial Vectors: Bank Account Coordinates, TRC20/BTC Wallet Addresses, and full Peer-to-Peer transactional ledgers.
  • Telemetry & Device Signatures: IP Addresses, User-Agent parameters, and session lifecycles to power our Zero-Trust anti-fraud engines.

2. Cryptographic Storage & Processing

All sensitive vectors (Passwords, Financial Identifiers) are hashed leveraging enterprise-standard multi-round BCRYPT architectures. Our database nodes are fortified behind Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) with strict inbound network isolation. P2P Transaction histories are stored immutably to act as cryptographic proof for any potential dispute resolution pathways.

3. The Matchmaking Data Exchange (Give Help / Get Help)

When you initiate a Give Help or Get Help request, you are explicitly authorizing the Omni-Layer algorithm to share absolute necessary routing data with your matched counterparty. This includes your banking entity name, account number, and contact identifiers required to finalize escrow. Once the escrow is completed or nullified, this visibility is revoked.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell our database heuristics. However, telemetry data may be routed through industry-leading API services for the explicit purpose of DDoS mitigation, transactional email routing, and anti-money laundering (AML) endpoint verification checks.

5. Data Sovereignty & Portability

You inherently possess the right to query the system for your complete data footprint. Upon verified request via our internal support tickets, we will provide a cryptographic JSON export of your node's operational history. Systemic integrity requires us to retain transactional data concerning executed P2P merges indefinitely.
